Fisherton Street Festival Secures 90% of Funding

We’re delighted that the Fisherton Street Festival has secured 90% of the funding required to run this year. Along with Wiltshire Council, Salisbury BID has provided the majority of the funding, while it is hoped a grant from Salisbury City Council will secure the remainder of the money required.

The street party, which was put on for the first time last year, saw 7000 people visit Fisherton Street on May bank holiday, boosting trade and raising the profile of the historic street.

The festival is planned for 2nd May this year, with plans for some changes and improvements following feedback after last years hugely popular event. For the full story, follow the link to Spire FM.
